On 11 and 12 November 2025, ELEVATE partners gathered at the University of Trieste for a two-day consortium meeting dedicated to reviewing achievements from Phase I and aligning strategies for Phase II of the project.
The meeting brought together representatives from all partner institutions for an intensive working session focused on:
- Assessing progress across all Work Packages and deliverables.
- Discussing lessons learned during Phase I implementation.
- Strengthening coordination mechanisms and governance measures related to IVAP activities.
- Planning key milestones for Phase II, including Innovation2Go events, acceleration initiatives, and interdisciplinary training activities.
A special emphasis was placed on consolidating a shared innovation model across the consortium—one that integrates interdisciplinary education, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and transparent monitoring. Partners engaged in collaborative planning, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussions that will guide the next steps of the project.
The University of Trieste provided an excellent environment for productive collaboration and meaningful exchanges. The consortium expresses its sincere appreciation for its warm hospitality and meticulous organisation of the meeting.
These two days reinforced the collective commitment to strengthening innovation capacity in higher education ecosystems across Europe, and laid the groundwork for an ambitious and impactful Phase II.
